How to add description and schedule social media posts

  • Step 1 : Get social media designs from the project google photo album : 
    • Ok = the design is approved
    • No = The design is not approved
    • Done = the design is already scheduled
  • Step 2 : Get access to each project’s hootsuite account
  • Step 3 : Add description and schedule in Hootsuite
  • Step 4 : Add Call to action and the Hashtags (only for instagram)
  • Step 5 :Update the progress : Missed, Done
